Site rules
These Terms of Use (hereinafter — Rules and the Site) are concluded between the site visitor (hereinafter — User) and tooroom (hereinafter Company) and regulate the ways of using the Company's Website (https://tooroom.pro/), all information that is available on the Site, all products and services that the Company provides through the Site (hereinafter — Services).
1. By using the Site or any part of it, the User automatically gives full and unconditional consent to all the terms of the Company's Rules and assumes obligations in accordance with these Rules.
2. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Rules (in whole or in part), he should immediately leave the Site. The use of the Site, any information on the Site and the use of the Services of the Site in this case is prohibited.
3. If the law of the country of residence or stay for any reason prohibits or restricts the use of the Site, the User should refrain from visiting it. Any use of the Site in such a situation is the responsibility of the User, while these Rules remain in force.
4. The content published on the Site in the form of news, videos, articles, descriptions of products and services and other information materials of the Company is current as of the date of their compilation. Due to the passage of time or due to subsequent events, some of this information may not be complete or up to date. After publication on the Site, the Company does not guarantee prompt adjustments to such information.
5. The opinion of the authors of the content, comments and reviews posted on the Site may not coincide with the opinion and position of the Company.
6. The User undertakes to use the Site solely for purposes that do not contradict the Company's Privacy Policy, these Rules, other Company Policies, current legislation, as well as the principles of reasonableness, good faith and morality.
7. When using the Site, the User is prohibited from:
- Distort information about yourself or your relationship with other persons or organizations;
- Use any computer programs to collect information on the Site and/or interact with the Site and its services
- To illegally collect, systematize, store and distribute personal data of other Users
- Carry out actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioning of the Site and its services, as well as disrupting the functionality of computer hardware and software
- Upload, store, publish, distribute and make available or otherwise use viruses, trojans and other malicious programs
- Upload, store, publish, distribute and make available or otherwise use any information that:
- Is illegal or contrary to the Rules and Policies of the Company
- Contains calls to violate the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine
- Contains obscene language, even with wildcard characters such as "*".
- Contains threats and intimidation
- Spreads unwanted e-mail, spam
- Does not carry a semantic load
- Misleads other Users
- Contains materials of advertising, pornographic, erotic nature
- Contains threats, discredits, insults, discredits honor and dignity or business reputation or violates the privacy of other Users or third parties;
- Contains extremist materials;
- Promotes criminal activity or contains advice, instructions or guidelines for committing criminal acts;
- Violates other rights and interests of individuals and legal entities or the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.
- Post any other information that, in the opinion of the Company, is undesirable, does not correspond to the purposes of creating the Site, infringes on the interests of Users, or for other reasons is undesirable for posting on the Site.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell and resell the Services for any purpose, except when such actions have been expressly permitted to the User in accordance with the terms of a separate agreement with the Company.
It is forbidden to fix on a photo, video or screenshots, save and transfer to third parties any information of the internal part of the site, to which there is no access without authorization.
